At NodeDistro Tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the return process simple and straightforward.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
- Include any original tags or protective packaging, where applicable.
- Be accompanied by your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Please do not send products back without first receiving return authorization from NodeDistro Tech. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we may also provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing parts
- Incorrect

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and shipping label (if applicable)
We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or software
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement product is to:
- Submit a return request for your original item.
- Once your return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.
This helps ensure the fastest processing and product availability.
Refunds
After your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.
We'll notify you by email once the inspection has been completed and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged shipment
- An incorrect item sent by NodeDistro Tech
we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
